Suite 1 is our king jacuzzi suite and the only bedroom on the first floor of the farmhouse. It has a king bed with a carved wood headboard, a gas fireplace, a smart TV and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi-style whirlpool tub and shower. Whether it’s your room for a midweek couples getaway or one of three suites in a whole-house stay, it has the biggest bed and the only jacuzzi tub in the house.
Who Suite 1 Is Best For
Booking a room for two, or deciding who sleeps where in your group? Suite 1 is the natural choice for:
- Anyone who would rather skip the stairs. It is the only suite on the first floor. As is common in an old farmhouse, the steps leading to the second floor are steep and narrow.
- The couple celebrating an anniversary, birthday or special occasion, who gets the king bed and the jacuzzi tub.
- Guests who want the biggest bed in the house. Suites 2 and 3 both have queen beds.
A Room with a Jacuzzi, a Fireplace and a King Bed
The private bathroom is built around a large jacuzzi-style whirlpool tub set beside the window, with a shower over the tub. After a day at the wineries or out on Lake Milton and Berlin Lake, fill the tub, then settle in by the gas fireplace. Plush linens and bathrobes are provided.
Near Your Jacuzzi Suite: Wineries and Lakes
Mastropietro Winery is 115 feet from the front door, and Halliday’s Winery (7.4 miles) is a short drive away. Lake Milton State Park is 4.8 miles away and Berlin Lake is 6.6 miles, both with boat, jet ski, kayak and canoe rentals. Come back, run the jacuzzi tub and light the fireplace. Two Ways to Stay in Suite 1
- With the whole house: Suite 1 plus the other two suites and the entire farmhouse, including the living room, dining room, full kitchen, outdoor hot tub, deck and fire pit. Whole-house stays have a two-night minimum.
- On its own: Monday through Wednesday nights, any time in advance, with no minimum stay. Thursday through Saturday, Suite 1 opens up within one week of your date if the whole house isn’t already booked.

Suite 2: Vineyard View Suite
Upstairs, Suite 2 has a four-poster queen bed, a clawfoot tub and the view over the Mastropietro Winery vineyard. In a whole-house stay, it’s the room for whoever wants to wake up to the vines.
Suite 3: Queen Suite with Walk-In Shower
Suite 3 shares the second floor with Suite 2 and has a carved queen bed, a brick fireplace and a walk-in shower. It comes with every whole-house stay, so everyone in your party gets a private room with its own bath.
Weekday Getaway
