Welcome to Bella Fattoria, a serene farmhouse cottage nestled in the quiet beauty of Berlin Center, Ohio. Whether you are planning a romantic getaway for two or a memorable retreat for a small group of friends and family, our home offers the perfect balance of rural charm and modern comfort.

Formerly known as Bella Fattoria Bed and Breakfast, we’re now a whole-house farmhouse getaway. We no longer serve breakfast, but the kitchen is fully equipped for your stay.

Our outdoor spaces allow you to fully immerse yourself in our two acres of countryside:

• The Deck & Hot Tub: Step out onto our spacious deck to find your private oasis. Sink into the outdoor hot tub and let the bubbles melt away your stress while you take in the fresh country air.
• The Fire Pit: Gather around the outdoor fire pit for an authentic evening of stories, laughter and stargazing. It is the perfect spot to finish a bottle of wine from a local vineyard.

• Lake Life & Craig Beach: We are just minutes from two premier recreational lakes. Enjoy the sun at Craig Beach at Lake Milton, or head to Berlin Lake for a day on the water. Both lakes offer boat, jet ski, kayak, and canoe rentals.
• Wine Lovers’ Paradise: We are within walking distance of Mastropietro Winery and less than 30 miles from several other wineries.

This place was so nice and very relaxing. The owners are amazing. They have everything you need for a relaxing time. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was clean. The deck has a great view of the winery behind it. Plenty of room to have a few friends. The home has a cozy older home feel. There were snacks and candy left for us. We rented this place on VRBO for 4 nights 5 days. Loved the old farmhouse vibe with the updated bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice and quiet with a great deck to enjoy the winery. An awesome place for a relaxing weekend in a 120 year old converted farmhouse in middle of wine country. Once a bed & breakfast now a self-catering cottage with three beautifully laid out suites with vintage touches mixed with modern. A hot tub, grill, massage facility top amenities. I would highly recommend staying here. The owners were warm and welcoming. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bath and fireplace. The large deck overlooked a vineyard and had a gas fireplace and a hot tub. The furnishings  are comfortable and the decorations lovely.

Stay Options & Policies

• Reservations: Whole House Rentals (daily/weekly) or Individual Room Reservations (weekdays only). Online bookings required 24 hours in advance.
• Check-In/Out: Contact-free self-check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 11:00 AM. (Early/late requests accommodated when possible.)
• Atmosphere: We are a non-smoking/vaping, candle-free, and pet-free facility. For pet boarding, we recommend Quinn’s Shamrock Kennel (0.7 miles away) at 330-547-2581.
• Children: Kids are welcome to enjoy our 2-acre grounds; however, the interior atmosphere is intentionally geared toward adult relaxation.
