Stay Options
- Whole house: all three suites, sleeps up to 8, two-night minimum.
- Single suites: Suite 1 (king bed, whirlpool tub) and Suite 2 (queen bed, clawfoot tub, vineyard view) can be booked on their own Monday through Wednesday at any time, and Thursday through Sunday within one week of your stay. No minimum stay. Suite 3 is available with whole-house rentals only.
- No Sunday check-ins.
- Rates vary by season and day of the week. Current rates are shown in the calendar below.
Reservation Policies
- You must be 25 or older to make a reservation.
- Self check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. We’ll send your check-in details before you arrive.
- Whole-house cancellations: full refund 60 or more days before arrival, half refund 30 to 60 days before, and the full amount is due for cancellations within 30 days.
- Bella Fattoria is non-smoking (including vaping), candle-free, and pet-free.
- Breakfast is not included. The kitchen is fully equipped for your stay.
- Massages are scheduled and confirmed separately with the massage provider.
- As is common in an old farmhouse, the steps leading to the second floor are steep and narrow.
- For last-minute stays (less than 24 hours away), please call 330-720-2544.
Your Privacy
A whole-house stay is private. You may occasionally see our cleaning or maintenance staff arriving or leaving, or outdoor work such as grass cutting, especially during our busy season. We’ll also come by if you need help with something like a fire alarm or a Wi-Fi reset.
