Suite 2 is our vineyard view suite. It sits on the second floor and looks out over the vineyard at Mastropietro Winery, just next door. It has a four-poster queen bed, a gas fireplace, a smart TV and a private bathroom with a clawfoot tub and shower. It’s a romantic room for two on a midweek getaway, and an easy pick when a group books the whole house.
Who Suite 2 Is Best For
Coming as a couple, or deciding who takes which room? Suite 2 suits:
- Guests who want the vineyard view from their window.
- A couple on a romantic getaway, with a four-poster bed and a clawfoot tub.
- Friends or family who want to be near each other. Suite 2 shares the second floor with Suite 3 and the extra queen bed in the former sitting room.
As is common in an old farmhouse, the steps leading to the second floor are steep and narrow. If anyone in your party would rather avoid stairs, Suite 1 is on the first floor.
A Four-Poster Bed with a Vineyard View
The bright bedroom has light gray wood floors, tall windows with white curtains and a four-poster queen bed. The private bathroom has a classic clawfoot tub with a shower, a vessel sink and a round gold mirror. Watch the vines from your window, then run a bath and light the fireplace.
The Vineyard Next Door
Suite 2 looks out over the vines at Mastropietro Winery, which hosts live music and outdoor events through the warmer months. In winter, walk the winery grounds and visit the Tuscan-style indoor tasting room when it is open. For a quieter stay, come midweek, when the winery is closed and you can enjoy the sunsets, clear starlit skies and the peace of the countryside. By day, hike the 262-acre Vickers Nature Preserve at Mill Creek MetroParks, 6.5 miles away. See our Attractions page for several more wineries within about 30 miles.

Two Ways to Stay in Suite 2
- With the whole house: Suite 2 plus the other two suites and the entire farmhouse, including the living room, dining room, full kitchen, outdoor hot tub, deck and fire pit. Whole-house stays have a two-night minimum.
- On its own: Monday through Wednesday nights, any time in advance, with no minimum stay. Thursday through Saturday, Suite 2 opens up within one week of your date if the whole house isn’t already booked.

Suite 1: King Jacuzzi Suite
Downstairs, Suite 1 is the only first-floor room, with a king bed and a jacuzzi-style whirlpool tub. It’s the one to give anyone in your group who would rather skip the stairs.
