Bella Fattoria is a private 1899 farmhouse next door to Mastropietro Winery, with three private suites, each with its own bathroom, gas fireplace and smart TV. Book the whole house and every room is yours, whether it’s a romantic getaway in Ohio with the place to yourselves or a quiet weekend for a small group of friends and family. On weeknights, couples can also book Suite 1 or Suite 2 on their own.

Suite 2 and Suite 3 share the second floor with the former sitting room, which has an extra queen bed for whole-house stays. As is common in an old farmhouse, the steps leading to the second floor are steep and narrow. If anyone in your group would rather avoid stairs, give them Suite 1 on the first floor.

The Whole House Is Yours
A whole-house stay gives your group the entire farmhouse and its two acres of countryside: the living room, dining room, full kitchen inside, and the deck, outdoor hot tub and fire pit outside. Mastropietro Winery is 115 feet away, and Lake Milton State Park and Berlin Lake are both within a few miles.
The whole house sleeps up to 8. Along with the three suites, the former sitting room on the second floor has a queen bed on a platform frame with a 6-inch memory foam mattress. It has curtains for privacy rather than a door, and no private bathroom: guests in this bed use the first-floor half bath and share a shower with the other rooms. This bed comes with whole-house stays only and can’t be booked on its own.

Weeknights for Two: Book a Single Suite
Planning a romantic getaway for two midweek? Suite 1 and Suite 2 can be booked on their own Monday through Wednesday, any time in advance, with no minimum stay. Thursday through Saturday, a single suite opens up within one week of your date if the whole house isn’t already booked. See our Weekday Getaway page for more.
Questions About Our Suites
Is breakfast included?
No. Bella Fattoria was formerly Bella Fattoria Bed & Breakfast, but we no longer serve or provide breakfast. The kitchen is fully equipped, and complimentary coffee, tea and snacks are provided.
Does every suite have its own bathroom?
Yes. All three suites have a private bathroom: a jacuzzi-style whirlpool tub in Suite 1, a clawfoot tub in Suite 2 and a walk-in shower in Suite 3.
Is there a minimum stay?
Whole-house stays require a minimum two-night stay. Single suites have no minimum. We do not accept Sunday check-ins for either.
Who can make a reservation?
Guests must be 25 or older to reserve. Kids are welcome to enjoy our two-acre grounds; however, the interior atmosphere is intentionally geared toward adult relaxation.
Are pets allowed?
No. We are a pet-free, non-smoking and candle-free property. For pet boarding, Quinn’s Shamrock Kennel is 0.7 miles away.
