Bella Fattoria is a farmhouse cottage and Vacation Rental located in the rural town of Berlin Center in northeast Ohio. If you are looking for the Perfect Romantic Getaway for a couple or a group of friends or family, you have found the place. Within walking distance of Mastropietro Winery and less than 30 miles from several other wineries. We are just minutes from two recreational lakes. Both Lake Milton and Berlin Lake have boat, jet ski, kayak and canoe rentals available. Also, in the area are great opportunities for hiking and biking. Massages: Along with the house rental, we offer onsite massage services subject to the availability of the masseuse’. You can make a reservation for massages online at the time of your house reservation or by calling 330-720-2544.
Adopt A Vine Date Night – In partnership with Mastropietro Winery/Bar/Vineyard we are happy to offer a special Date Night experience available for purchase with or without a reservation with us. See our Adopt A Vine page for details.
Reservations – We offer Whole House Vacation Rental reservations with daily and weekly rates (every day of the week) as well as individual room reservations (weekday only). Online reservations required at least 24 hours in advance, for reservations less than 24 hours call at 330-720-2544.
Check In/Check Out – Contact free self check in is available beginning at 4:00 p.m. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. We would be happy to accommodate requests for later check out or early check in when possible.
Provided for You: All linens including sheets, blankets, towels. Also provided are bathrobes, kitchen dishes, utensils and pans, coffee pot and single cup coffee pot, mixer, microwave, gas grill, paper products to begin your stay.
Amenities: Hairdryers, bottled water, games, coffee and tea, snacks, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, free WIFI.
Smoking/Candles/Open Flames – To provide a healthy, safe, and comfortable environment for all of our guests we do not permit smoking of any kind, including vaping, or open flames (candles, incense etc.) inside the house.
Pets – For the safety and comfort of our guests we do not allow pets to accompany guests to the house. However, there is a small family owned kennel just 7 tenths of a mile down the road. Contact Quinn’s Shamrock Kennel at 330-547-2581 for reservations. Proof of inoculations required.
Children – Children are welcome at the house with family members and there are 2 acres of outdoor space that they will enjoy, however, the atmosphere of the house is geared toward adults.
